To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. 

 

Measures You Need to Take For Returned Orders

TRENDYBAY offers a 30 days limited warranty covering manufacturer defects only,  any damages resulting from abuse or normal wear and tear are not covered under our policy.

And please kindly be noted: 

  • Please make sure the return good under good condition and with original products and accessories with no need for any notes. 
  • Please kindly provide us with what express you choose and the return tracking number once available. You may send them to support@thetrendybay.com 
  • If the product has no quality problems. The return shipping cost to our warehouse is the responsibility of the buyer.

 

Payer of Return Shipping Cost 

If the return is caused by the consumer, the consumer should be responsible for the shipping fee. The specific fee should be based on the express company you choose.

If due to our reasons, the goods received are damaged or not correct, and the consumer is not required to bear the shipping fee for this reason.

No restocking fee to be charged to the consumers for the return of a product.
