Please also be noted that the return shipping cost to our warehouse is the responsibility of the buyer if the product has not quality problems.
Cancellation & Applicable Conditions
We accept order cancellation before the product is shipped or produced. After the order is canceled you will get a full refund.
We cannot cancel the order if the product is already shipped out.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Measures You Need to Take For Returned Orders
TRENDYBAY offers a 30 calendar days limited warranty covering manufacturer defects only, any damages resulting from abuse or normal wear and tear are not covered under our policy.

- Please make sure the return good under good condition and with original products and accessories with no need for any notes.
- Please kindly provide us with what express you choose and the return tracking number once available. You may send them to email@example.com
- If the product has no quality problems. The return shipping cost to our warehouse is the responsibility of the buyer.
Payer of Return Shipping Cost
If the return is caused by the consumer, the consumer should be responsible for the shipping fee. The specific fee should be based on the express company you choose.
If due to our reasons, the goods received are damaged or not correct, and the consumer is not required to bear the shipping fee for this reason.
No restocking fee to be charged to the consumers for the return of a product.

Refunds & Applicable Conditions
- For canceled orders before shipping, we will issue a full refund immediately after you submitted the application.
- If you are not receiving the item for more than 90 calendar days after the order date, please contact us at email@example.com or call us at +86 (591) 26382389. We will issue a full refund immediately after you submitted the application.
- For the returned order, once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
